By buying or using Phone Cinema, you agree to what's below. It's written plainly on purpose.
1. What you're buying
A licence to access an online course for your own personal learning. You're not buying the content itself, and the licence is for one person — you.
2. What you may not do
- Share your login, or resell, rent or redistribute the material
- Upload the lessons anywhere, publicly or privately
- Repackage the content as your own course or coaching
Doing any of these ends your access with no refund.
3. What you may do
Everything you shoot and edit during the course is yours. Use it commercially, put it in your portfolio, sell it to clients — no attribution needed, no revenue share.
4. Access
"Lifetime access" means for as long as this course exists and is operated by us. If we ever shut it down, we'll give you at least 90 days' notice and a way to download the material.
5. No income promises
This teaches a creative skill. We make no promise, projection or guarantee about money you might earn. Any student result shown on this site is that individual's outcome and is not typical or expected. What you earn depends on your work, your market and factors outside anyone's control.
6. Third-party tools
The course references apps and gear from other companies. We don't control them, they can change or disappear, and we're not responsible for what they do. Some links may be affiliate links — where they are, it never changes what you pay.
7. Liability
The course is provided as is. To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
8. Refunds
Covered separately in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be emailed to account holders. Continuing to use the course after that means you accept the new version.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which RMS GLOBAL COMMERCE LLC is organized, and disputes go to the courts of that state. If you're a consumer, this doesn't remove rights you have under your local law.
